Since our founding in 2001, we’ve believed that delivering exceptional service isn’t just about exhibits—it’s about people. Our journey began in a living room, where Lauren Jayne and Theron Whitney started Xibeo with just a handful of clients and a vision to think outside the box. Today, we continue to bring that same creativity and client-first mentality to every project.

Over the years, we’ve supported businesses of all sizes—startups, local firms, and global brands alike—helping them stretch budgets, reduce friction, and show up with confidence. From custom exhibits to rentals and refurbished builds, our goal has always been the same: make trade shows less stressful and more strategic.
Adapting Through Challenge & Change
The award also shines a light on our perseverance through the ups and downs of an ever-changing industry. During the recession, Xibeo began offering custom rental options for clients with limited budgets but still look their best, and during the COVID pandemic, they pivoted to making custom sneeze guards for business, and converted their show room into a studio to create marketing videos for customer’s on line events. More than just buzzwords, Xibeo’s flexibility and creativity were successful survival strategies.
From labor shortages to shipping delays and rising costs, Xibeo has met each new obstacle with one guiding principle: How can we be of more value to our clients?
