Reflections from the 2025 NAMM Show

The NAMM Show always reminds us just how much effort and preparation goes into building exhibits—only for them to be on display for a few days before being packed away in a matter of hours, ready for next year’s show. But those few days make a lasting impact, and this year’s event was no exception.

Held from January 23rd – 25th, 2025, the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) once again brought together the best in the music industry. Xibeo has been supporting clients at NAMM for decades, dating back to our earliest days in the exhibit industry. In fact, our journey in this space began in 1995, when we built our first booth for a NAMM exhibitor. Fast forward to today, and we were proud to support 14 different clients at this year’s show.

A Show That Hits the Right Notes

As a former musician, NAMM has always been a personal favorite of mine. It’s filled with brands I grew up seeing in school and others that I watched my favorite bands use on stage. But beyond the nostalgia, NAMM offers a sneak peek into the industry’s future, giving us insight into what manufacturers and suppliers predict for the year ahead. The feedback from this year’s event was overwhelmingly positive, with exhibitors reporting strong engagement and high-quality leads.

After four long days of exhibit setup, troubleshooting, and assisting our clients with every possible need, we were thrilled to hear from our clients that this year’s show exceeded expectations. The disruptions caused by the pandemic led to a few uncertain years, but NAMM 2025 showed clear signs of renewed momentum, and many in the industry are hopeful for continued growth.
