Your booth lives in our 30,000 square foot Ventura facility, the same building it was designed and fabricated in. Temperature and humidity controlled to protect graphics, electronics, and structural components from heat, moisture, and the kind of damage that destroys booths in non-climate-controlled storage.
Component-level tracking
Every booth gets a complete component inventory at intake: structural pieces, graphics panels, lighting kits, AV equipment, hardware, freight crates. Each piece tagged and tracked. You know exactly what's in storage, what condition each piece is in, and what shipped to which show.
Post-show inspection on every return
Every booth gets inspected when it returns from a show. Damage gets documented, photographed, and reported. Repairs get scheduled before the next deployment, not discovered at the next show floor when there is no time to fix anything.

We schedule freight from your current storage location to our Ventura facility. On arrival, every component gets inventoried, photographed, condition-tagged, and entered into your booth's storage record. You receive a complete intake report.
Initial inspection and assessment
Before your next show, we inspect everything. Anything that needs repair before the booth deploys gets flagged and quoted. Anything covered under standard wear maintenance gets handled without separate billing. You start the program with a booth in known condition.
Active storage between shows
Your booth lives climate-controlled, inventoried, and accessible to our team. Graphics refreshes, structural updates, and maintenance happen on a schedule you approve. You get a quarterly storage status report so you always know what's there and what condition it's in.
Show deployment
When the next show is scheduled, we prep the booth, coordinate freight to the venue, manage the advance warehouse delivery, and dispatch install crews. The same project manager handles every show in the program, regardless of city.
Post-show return and inspection
After dismantle, freight routes the booth back to Ventura. Every component gets inspected, damage documented, and the booth gets cleaned, repaired, and re-staged for storage. You receive a post-show condition report.

Do I have to have built my booth with Xibeo to use storage?
No. We onboard third-party booths into storage regularly. Send us the booth specs, or we will document them at intake. The booth enters the program the same way one of ours would, with full inventory, inspection, and maintenance coverage going forward.
How does storage pricing work?
Storage is quoted as a monthly rate based on booth footprint, component complexity, and show frequency. Higher show volume usually means slightly lower per-show coordination cost because freight management gets bundled into the program. We quote storage and logistics together so you see total cost, not piecemeal line items.
What happens if my booth gets damaged in storage?
Damage that occurs in our facility is covered. We carry insurance specifically for stored client assets. Damage that occurs in transit (freight, install, dismantle) gets documented and addressed through the relevant carrier or labor partner's coverage, with our project manager handling the claim coordination.
Can I visit my booth in storage?
Yes. Clients visit our Ventura facility regularly to inspect their booths, plan updates, or walk new team members through the asset. Schedule a visit ahead of time so we can have the booth staged and ready, but the door is open.
What if I want to pull my booth out of storage and bring it in-house?
The booth is your asset. If you decide to manage storage in-house or move to another provider, we coordinate the transition. You get a final inventory and condition report, the booth ships to wherever you direct, and the program closes out cleanly. No long-term contract lock-in.
How does Xibeo storage work with rental or rent-to-own booths?
Standard rental program booths stay in our facility between rental periods as part of the rental service. Rent-to-own program booths get storage included for the duration of the program. Storage as a standalone paid service applies primarily to owned booths.
